Privacy notice
Submitting the form creates an account with us. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email to see or edit your profile and the roles you are matched to, and you can delete your account and data from there.
We collect what you enter in the form: your name, phone number, email, experience band and years, role you are looking for, expected CTC, city, how soon you can join, and your resume. We also keep the text we read from your resume so we can match it with open roles.
We use this to match you with roles, to contact you about them, and to run the service. Only our recruiting team can see your details. We do not sell your data. We share your profile with an employer only for a specific role, and only after we have spoken with you. We keep your data for [retention period, for example 12 months] unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email us from the address on your profile so we can verify it is you. We handle requests under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

This permanently deletes your profile, work history, resume and sign-in. It cannot be undone.
